Why another link shortening service?

This was a experiment to determine what kind of information we can collect from link tracking.

Hearing 'its already done, why would you do it?' is a frustration for us -- so we built a web app that does what so many web apps already do! This is not a business venture.

There is no 'privacy policy' or anything 'official looking', what gives?

You say 'we' alot, who is 'we', who made this masterpiece?

I just like to say 'we' because it makes the project sound more involved than it really is. There is no 'we', it is just me -- my macbook -- and some spare time.
